Parking arrangements, enforcement processes and legal requirements can vary between locations and jurisdictions.
As an operational standard, Enforcify generally provides:
- 21 days from the issue date of the original Parking Breach Notice to pay or submit an appeal; and
- if the matter remains unresolved and progresses to a Reminder Notice, a further 14 days from the issue date of the Reminder Notice to pay before the matter becomes eligible to progress further.
These are Enforcify operational defaults, not statutory timeframes. They may be varied on a site-by-site basis based on property-specific requirements, property-owner instructions or other applicable considerations.
